Shipping & Returns

For shipping within the USA, we use Fedex. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or another address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.

Please note that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

Kapitzky accepts returns for credit back to the original form of payment. Items for return must be returned within 30 days of purchase. If your return arrives after the 30 days of the original order date, your return will be shipped back to your original shipping address.

Kapitzky will accept merchandise only if it is in the original condition, unworn, with original tags and receipt (or gift receipt), and accompanying accessories such as the water wallet and travel pouch, if applicable. For any items returned that are not in this condition, the return will be denied and the merchandise will be returned to you.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
